Working site

The mucking loader also known as haggloader or tunnel excavator, is a type of underground construction mucking loading machinery mainly used in excavating of tunnel mining, mine engineering, narrow space mining operation such as metal mine, water transferred roadway, Urban jacking pipe, and etc. Besides, it can also be used to collect and transport ( convey ) different kinds of clastic rock from various engineering.

Our mucking loader is with a different capacity of 40 cubes, 50 cubes, 60 cube, 80 cube, 100 cube, 120 cube per hour. Specific Details

For the wheel type mucking loader, we have 2 types, Type A, rotate at original place. Type B, wheel bridge structure.

Type A,rotate at original place ,this type machine is suitable to use in narrow mine,have a curve inside tunnel ,which has smaller radius of turning circle

Type B,wheel bridge structure,this type of machine uses front axle and rear axle ,which makes the chassis structure.This type has reliable quality and easy to maintenance

Sliding chassis structure of mucking loader ( We can customize machine width )

We can customize the narrowest width, which machine can work in narrow place.
Sliding chassis structure has 2 pieces hydraulic motor to drive the machine, one hydraulic motor in A side, to drive 2 wheels, the other hydraulic motor in B side, to drive another 2 wheels. The chassis is made by our factory, so we can customize the C length, to achieve machine width customize. While the wheel bridge structure is mainly of bridge, which has limitation of width.

D1 and D2 wheel is in one row, they will move together, at the same time, the opposite 2 wheels in one row,Then, it can achieve rotate at original place, if you still not understand, please contact me to ask video.

Wheel bridge chassis structure of mucking loader, ( You can click the above picture to check details )

The chassis part consists of frame, front axle, rear axle, motor ( explosion- proof motor ), hydraulic gear pump, hydraulic motor,oil tank and etc. When the machine is connected with electricity, the motor works to drive the oil pump through the hydraulic transmission control system, then, make the hydraulic motor to work. The hydraulic motor will let the gearbox to drive the front, rear axle and the steering cylinder. In this way, the machine can be walking forward, walking backward and turn of the machine.

Customized

The tail of the loader can be lengthened, or a special belt conveyor machine can be customized ,The following items need extra money.We can lengthen the tail part, the tail part can be folded, adding second-pumping conveyor.

Conveyor type: belt type, scraper type, hopper type. Belt type: materials used for conveying loose or small particles, such as soil, low density stones, etc. Advantages: high transport efficiency. Scraper type: used in mines with slopes greater than 18 degrees, when transporting stones, single chain is used in the middle of the scraper. Disadvantages: Easy Card material, high price. Hopper type: double chain on each side of the hopper. Materials conveying large blocks and sharp sharp angles. Long service life and large conveying angle.
